I struggled with my weight for the past 5 years. I used to weigh 130 lbs and when I went through my divorce I started gaining weight and found food to be comforting. Since starting this program 5weeks ago, I have lost 21 lbs. I was around 200 lbs when I started on this program after 4 ½ months I lost 42 lbs.  I tired other weight loss programs and nutritionists.  I would lose some weight then gain it right back.  With this program I feel better, have more energy, and sleep better then ever before.  The plan is easy to follow.  I can even go out to restaurants once in a while (which is nice) and stick to the diet.
